ISL6565ACRZ Overview


This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 28-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. For outputs of 3, this dc motor controller is suitable. Packaging for the pmic consists of Tube solid enclosures. It is capable of dealing with PWM Signal dc switching's output (s). dc switching'sDC control operates at 4.75V~5.25V volts and has 4.75V~5.25V supply voltage. Worked in a 0°C~105°C TA dc switcher before. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 80kHz~1.5MHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good provides dcdc regulator efficient switching control. The switch converters are connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC. There are a QUAD terminal on the switching converters. 28 terminations with various dc switching's functions.
