ISL6565ACVZ-T Overview


The switching controller fits in the 28-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package and is ideal for most applications. 3 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. A solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) surrounds pmic. There are PWM Signal dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. Voltages 4.75V~5.25V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Workable in an dc switcher where 0°C~105°C TA is the 0°C~105°C TArm. The switching controller can be switched at 80kHz~1.5MHz. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. DCDC regulator is controlled efficiently by Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog integrated circuit is connected to the switch converters. The switching converters's terminals (s) are designed at DUAL. An array of 28 terminations of dc switching. These dc dc converter ics adapt several control methods, including PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. The DC switcher's nominal voltage is 5V. Input voltage of dc dc voltage regulator should be 4.75V. Considering the dc to dc regulator can only accept 5.25V input voltage, it is important to take note of this.
