ISL6565BCB Overview


It comes in the 28-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package, which makes switching controller suitable for most applications. 3 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tube rating. PWM Signal dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. 4.75V~5.25V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Suitable for work in a 0°C~105°C TA dc switcher. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 80kHz~1.5MHz position. dc dc regulator is made easier with Surface Mount. Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator. The switch converters are connected to an analog IC with a SWITCHING CONTROLLER output. DUAL are the position of the terminal of the switching converters. 28 terminations with a variety of function.
