ISL6565BCV Overview


The switching controller fits in the 28-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package and is ideal for most applications. It is sufficient to generate 3 outputs with this dc motor controller. An enclosure of Tube is used to package the PMIC. A total of PWM Signal dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. 4.75V~5.25V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Qualified to work in a 0°C~105°C TA dc switcher. A switching controller such as this can switch at a value of 80kHz~1.5MHz . dc dc regulators can be carried out with Surface Mount. DCDC regulator is controlled efficiently by Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good. Switch converters are connected to ICs with SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog outputs. Thare switching converters has a terminal (s) at DUAL . A variety of 28 terminations are available in dc switching. Some of the control techniques adapted by these dc dc converter ics include PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. It is inputted with a DC switcher's voltage of 5V. Other relevant dc to dc converter ics can be found by searching "ISL6565B". It is recommended that the input voltage of the dc dc voltage regulator be 4.75V. The dc to dc regulator is limited to 5.25V input voltage.
