Its 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package provides greater flexibility.Tape & Reel (TR) represents the packaging method.Gate drivers is configured wGate driversh 4 drivers.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.By using 4.5V~5.5V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.Gate type N-Channel MOSFET is designed for it.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of 0°C~125°C TJ.This program uses the input type of Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver consists of 16 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.A voltage of 5V is required for its operation.There is an interface IC called BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER that is employed in this device.The board has a total of 16 component pins.Maximum (Bootstrap) voltage is 36V.
