In order to increase flexibility, the package 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) is used.Tube represents the packaging method.This device is equipped with 4 drivers for its configuration.Surface Mount is mounted in the way.In the absence of a 4.5V~5.5V supply voltage, its superiority can be demonstrated.There is a gate type of N-Channel MOSFET in this design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~125°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type.14 terminations constitute its foundation.In addition, it is specifically designed to operate with a supply voltage of 5V.BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER is employed as its interface IC.There are 14 component pins on the board.Mosfet driver is possible to set the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to 36V.
