For greater flexibility, its 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package is used.The packaging method is indicated by Tape & Reel (TR).A total of 4 drivers are integrated into its configuration.Its recommended mounting way is Surface Mount.Gate drivers is able to show Gate driverss superiorGate driversy on the basis of a supply voltage of 4.5V~5.5V.This gate type has a N-Channel MOSFET design.For this device, the temperature range is -40°C~125°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as its input type.As a result of its configuration, it contains a maximum of 16 terminations.Mosfet driver is designed specifically to run on 5V volts of power.In this case, BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER serves as the interface IC.A board with 16 component pins is available.Ideally, the high-side voltage should not exceed 36V.
