For greater flexibility, the VQFN package is adopted.Gate drivers is configured wGate driversh 4 drivers.The configuration is based on 16 terminations.In this case, Surface Mount indicates how the device is mounted.As a result, it is configured with 16 pins when it is designed.In the maximum case, the output current can be 4A volts.The board has 16 component pins.The allowable maximum value of operating temperature is 70°C.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a minimum temperature of 0°C.5.5V is its maximum operating voltage.In order for the device to operate, a supply voltage of 4.5V must be applied.As a result, it outputs a 4A current.The device operates on a voltage of 2.5mA as the supply voltage.As a result, it has adopted DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER as its analog integrated circuit.
