A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package.Gate drivers is package in Tube case.This device is equipped with 2 drivers for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.By using 7V~13.2V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.N-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.There is a temperature range for this device of -40°C~125°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type in this program.The configuration is based on 10 terminations.The device is specifically designed to operate at 12V volts.The board has a total of 10 component pins.A boot strap voltage of 36V is the maximum possible high-side voltage.
