For greater flexibility, the 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package is adopted.A package of Tube has been used.Gate drivers is configured wGate driversh 2 drivers.Surface Mount is mounted in the way.When the supply voltage is set to 7V~13.2V, it can demonstrate its superiority.Gate type N-Channel MOSFET is designed for it.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~125°C TJ.This program uses the input type of Non-Inverting.The base part number ISL6613B refers to a number of related parts.Mosfet driver employs an interface chip called FULL BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER as Mosfet drivers interface chip.Maximum (Bootstrap) voltage can be up to 36V.
