The 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package provides greater flexibility.A packaging method of Tube is used.This configuration includes 2 drivers.It's mounted on the way to Surface Mount.In the absence of a 10.8V~13.2V supply voltage, its superiority can be demonstrated.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.-40°C~125°C TJ is the allowed temperature range for this device.Input type of Non-Inverting is used.As a result of its configuration, it contains a maximum of 10 terminations.On the board, there are 10 component pins.Ideally, the high-side voltage should not exceed 36V.
