There is greater flexibility with the DFN package.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.Its configuration is based on a total of 10 terminations.Surface Mount is the way it takes to mount the device.Devices have 10 pins available.The interface IC of the device is HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.Mosfet driver is possible for the output current to be as low as 3A.Several electronic components are included in its subcategory of MOSFET Drivers.There are 10 component pins on the board.There is a maximum value of 85°C for the allowable operating temperature.Temperatures below -40°C are allowed as the minimum.For operation, 13.2V is the maximum supply voltage.Its minimum operating voltage is 10.8V.Mosfet gate drivers outputs a current of 3A at the moment.
