The VQFN package offers greater flexibility.Tape & Reel represents the packaging method.This device is equipped with 2 drivers for its configuration.Initially, the configuration is composed of 16 terminations.Mosfet driver is mounted using the Surface Mount method.At the time of design, it is configured with 16 pins.Mosfet driver is designed specifically to run on 12V volts of power.The interface IC is referred to as HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.There are several useful electronic components within its subcategory MOSFET Drivers.A board with 16 component pins is available.The basis of this system consists of 4 outputs.The allowable maximum value of operating temperature is 85°C.Operating temperatures must not exceed -40°C.For operation, the supply voltage of 13.2V is the maximum value.A supply voltage of 7V is the minimum value required to operate the device.3A is the current that it outputs.
