Its SOIC package is adopted for higher flexibility.There is a package in the form of Tape & Reel (TR).Initially, the configuration is composed of 14 terminations.The mount method is Surface Mount.In order to operate, a voltage of 12V has to be applied.Mosfet driver employs an interface chip called HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER as Mosfet drivers interface chip.Several electronic components are included in its subcategory of MOSFET Drivers.The board has 14 component pins.The basis of this system consists of 4 outputs.There is a maximum acceptable operating temperature of 85°C.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a temperature of 0°C.Due to its power supply of 12V, it provides an effective solution to power supply problems for a wide range of applications.
