ISL6740AIVZA Overview


Capsuled in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, the switching controller suits most application needs. For 1 outputs, the dc motor controller is appropriate. Tube solid enclosure protects the pmic. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. This dc control has a supply voltage and operating voltage of 9V~16V. Worked in a -40°C~105°C TA dc switcher before. In this switching controller, the switch can be set to Up to 1MHz. dc dc regulators can be carried out with Surface Mount. To provide efficient switching control, Enable, Frequency Control, Soft Start is included in the dcdc regulator. An analog IC with the SWITCHING CONTROLLER signal is connected to the switch converters. There are a DUAL terminal on the switching converters. The 16 terminations can be used for a wide range of dc switching. PULSE WIDTH MODULATION is an example of one of the control techniques these dc dc converter ics adapt. The nominal DC switcher's voltage input is 9V. Searching "ISL6740" will return other relevant dc to dc converter ics. This dc dc voltage regulator should be powered by a voltage of 4.9V. A maximum voltage of 20V is accepted by the dc to dc regulator as an input voltage.
