ISL6740IV Overview


As a result of 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 2. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tube rating. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. dc control's supply and operating voltages are 9V~16V. Suitable for a -40°C~105°C TA dc switcher. This switching controller can switch at Up to 1MHz. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Enable, Frequency Control, Soft Start is included in the dcdc regulator. Switch converters are connected to ICs with SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog outputs. There are a DUAL terminal on the switching converters. A variety of terminations with 16 of dc switching. PULSE WIDTH MODULATION is an example of one of the control techniques these dc dc converter ics adapt. There is a DC switcher's nominal voltage of 9V.
