ISL6741IBZ-T Overview


It comes in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, which makes switching controller suitable for most applications. 2 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). dc control's supply and operating voltages are 9V~16V. Qualified to work in a -40°C~105°C TA dc switcher. With this switching controller, you can switch at Up to 1MHz. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. Switching control is made easier with the dcdc regulator's Enable, Frequency Control, Soft Start. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC is connected to the switch converters.
