A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.A packaging method of Tube is indicated.The configuration is supported by 1 drivers.It's mounted on the way to Surface Mount.In the absence of a 4.5V~6.5V supply voltage, it can demonstrate its superiority.Gate type N-Channel MOSFET is designed for it.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~150°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type in this program.Mosfet driver consists of 8 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.With a supply voltage of 5V, it is designed to operate.BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER is employed as its interface IC.On the board, there are 8 component pins.High-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be as low as 120V.
