There is a Tape & Reel (TR) package attached to it. In order to save space, it comes in the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. It is mounted in the same way as Surface Mount. During function, the temperature should not exceed -40°C~85°C TA. The device is powered by an analog IC DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER. It has a total of 48 terminations.
