ISL68200IRZ Overview


This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. An enclosure of Tube is used to package the PMIC. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). This dc control operates at 4.5V~24V and has a 4.5V~24V supply voltage. Worked in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher before. A switching controller such as this can switch at a value of 300kHz~1.5MHz . Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. DCDC regulator is controlled efficiently by Enable, Phase Control, Power Good. Thare switch converters are connected to an analog integrated circuit (IC) of type SWITCHING CONTROLLER. The switching converters's terminals (s) are designed at QUAD. There are many different types of terminations for 24. The control methods that these dc dc converter ics use include PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. DC switcher's input voltageis 12V volts. 4.75V should be the minimum input voltage for the dc dc voltage regulator.
