ISL68200IRZ-T Overview


Capsuled in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller suits most application needs. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 1 input. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure around the pmic. The program can handle Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). 4.5V~24V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a -40°C~85°C TA. Switching can be done at 300kHz~1.5MHz with this switching controller. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. In order to control switching efficiently, the dcdc regulator features Enable, Phase Control, Power Good. An analog IC with the SWITCHING CONTROLLER signal is connected to the switch converters. The switching converters's terminals (s) are designed at QUAD.
