ISL68200IRZ-TK Overview

It comes in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, which makes switching controller suitable for most applications. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 1 input. Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure protects the pmic. The program can handle Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). DC control operates at 4.5V~24V volts and has 4.5V~24V supply voltage. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~85°C TA. The switching controller can be switched at 300kHz~1.5MHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. For efficient switching control, the dcdc regulator features Enable, Phase Control, Power Good. The switch converters are connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC. Thare switching converters has a terminal (s) at QUAD . A variety of dc switching's functions can be performed on 24 terminations. This dc dc converter ic uses a variety of control techniques, including PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. DC switcher's voltage input of 12V. 4.75V should be the minimum input voltage for the dc dc voltage regulator.
