ISL68201IRZ-T Overview


As a result of 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 1 input. Tape & Reel (TR) is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged.
