ISL68201IRZ-T7A Overview


As a result of 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. For 1 outputs, the dc motor controller is appropriate. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure around the pmic. A total of PWM Signal dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. dc controls with 4.5V~24V voltage are supplied and operated. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with -40°C~85°C TA. Switching can be done at 300kHz~1.5MHz with this switching controller. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. For efficient switching control, the dcdc regulator features Enable, Power Good. Connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC, the switch converters are connected to a power supply. The switching converters's terminal (s) are designed at QUAD . The 24 terminations can be used for a wide range of dc switching. Some of the control techniques adapted by these dc dc converter ics include PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. There is a DC switcher's nominal voltage of 12V.
