ISL6840IBZ-T Overview


In the SOIC package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. For outputs of 1, this dc motor controller is suitable. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). This switching controller can switch at 2MHz. The switch converters are connected to an analog IC with a SWITCHING CONTROLLER output.
