ISL6840IBZ-T Overview


With its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller fits the needs of most applications. For outputs of 1, this dc motor controller is suitable. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure around the pmic. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 7.5V~14V. Qualified to work in a -40°C~105°C TA dc switcher. It can switch at Up to 2MHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. For efficient switching control, the dcdc regulator features Current Limit, Frequency Control. SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC connects the switch converters. There are a DUAL terminal on the switching converters. An array of 8 terminations of dc switching. To name a few of the control techniques these dc dc converter ics adapt, it includes PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. Search for "ISL6840" to find other relevant dc to dc converter ics.
