ISL6840IU-T Overview


In the 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. Tape & Reel (TR) is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). Voltages 7.5V~14V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Worked in a -40°C~105°C TA dc switcher before. The switching controller can be switched at Up to 2MHz. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. Current Limit, Frequency Control is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator. The switch converters are connected to an analog IC with a SWITCHING CONTROLLER output. DUAL are the position of the terminal of the switching converters. 8 terminations with various dc switching's functions. This dc dc converter ic uses a variety of control techniques, including PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. An input voltage of 7.5V is the minimum required for the dc dc voltage regulator. Current is output to the greatest value of 1A.
