ISL78268ARZ-T Overview

It comes in a 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 1 outputs. A solid enclosure of Tube surrounds pmic. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). This dc control has a supply voltage and operating voltage of 4.75V~5.5V. Worked in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher before. In this switching controller, the switch can be set to 50kHz~1.1MHz. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. For efficient switching control, the dcdc regulator features Enable, Phase Control, Power Good, Soft Start. The switch converters are connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC. A dc to dc voltage regulator in the Automotive, AEC-Q100 series, it belongs to this family.
