ISL8013AIRZ-T7A Overview


It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHING REGULATOR voltage regulator. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Adjustable output generated. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. There is a switching frequency of 1MHz for this voltage regulator 12v. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.8V. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is 0.8V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 3A output current of voltage regulator. Due to its NOT SPECIFIED high peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator 12v is virtually indestructible. ISL8013 is a family of voltage regulators that belong to the DC/DC industry. The voltage DC DC switching regulator can produce is 5.5V volts.
