ISL8025IRTAJZ Overview


It uses the Tube package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. There are 16 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. There is a SWITCHING REGULATOR type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 16-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable output. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. Operating at -40°C~85°C TA is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 1MHz. There is no dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage requirement for this regulator. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.6V volts. Featuring a 5A output current, dc to dc voltage regulator offers maximum design flexibility. There is a maximum input voltage of 5.5V for this voltage regulator 12v. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 3.6V is provided.
