ISL8103IRZ Overview


In the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. 3 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tube rating. With Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 4.75V~12.6V. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with -40°C~85°C TA. The switching controller is capable of switching at the Up to 1.5MHz position. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount. Enable, Frequency Control, Phase Control, Power Good is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator. Connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC, the switch converters are connected to a power supply. Terminal (s) of the switching converters are designed at the QUAD position. A variety of dc switching's functions can be performed on 40 terminations. These dc dc converter ics adapt several control methods, including PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. DC switcher's voltage input is 5V. Searching "ISL8103" will return other relevant dc to dc converter ics. It is recommended that the dc dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage be 4.75V. The dc to dc regulator is limited to 5.25V input voltage.
