ISL8104CBZ Overview


This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 1 numbers. Packaging for the pmic consists of Tube solid enclosures. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. dc controls with 7.6V~15.4V voltage are supplied and operated. A 0°C~70°C TA dc switcher is not a problem. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 200kHz~1.5MHz position. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator.
