ISL8104CRZ Overview


In the 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. An enclosure of Tube is used to package the PMIC. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). DC control operates at 7.6V~15.4V volts and has 7.6V~15.4V supply voltage. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a 0°C~70°C TA. In this switching controller, the switch can be set to 200kHz~1.5MHz. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. The dcdc regulator features Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Soft Start for efficient switching control. Switch converters are connected to ICs with SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog outputs. Thare switching converters has a terminal (s) at QUAD . A variety of dc switching's functions can be performed on 16 terminations.
