ISL8104IBZ-T Overview


Capsuled in the 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller suits most application needs. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tape & Reel (TR) rating. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. Voltages 7.6V~15.4V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a -40°C~85°C TA. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 200kHz~1.5MHz. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Soft Start is included in the dcdc regulator. Connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC, the switch converters are connected to a power supply. A switching converters's terminal (s) sits at the DUAL position.
