ISL8104IRZ-T Overview


In the 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. Packaging for the pmic consists of Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosures. With Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 7.6V~15.4V. Suitable for a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 200kHz~1.5MHz. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. To provide efficient switching control, Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Soft Start is included in the dcdc regulator. An analog IC SWITCHING CONTROLLER is connected to the switch converters. The switching converters's terminals (s) are designed at QUAD. There are many different types of terminations for 16.
