ISL8105ACRZ-T Overview

In the 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. For 1 outputs, the dc motor controller is appropriate. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tape & Reel (TR) rating. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. Voltages 6.5V~14.4V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Workable in an dc switcher where 0°C~70°C TA is the 0°C~70°C TArm. A switching controller such as this can switch at a value of 600kHz . The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. In order to control switching efficiently, the dcdc regulator features Current Limit, Enable. SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC connects the switch converters. Thare switching converters has a terminal (s) at DUAL . 10 terminations with various dc switching's functions.
