ISL8105BIBZ-T Overview


As a result of 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 1 input. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. It is capable of dealing with Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s). dc switching's6.5V~14.4V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control.
