ISL8105CRZ Overview


Capsuled in the 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. dc motor controller is suitable for 1 output generation. Tube is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. With Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. Voltages 6.5V~14.4V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Suitable for a 0°C~70°C TA dc switcher. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 300kHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Current Limit, Enable which allows efficient switching control. The switch converters are connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC. DUAL are the position of the terminal of the switching converters. 10 terminations with a variety of function. It includes PULSE WIDTH MODULATION as one of the control techniques dc dc converter ic adapts. DC switcher's input voltageis 5V volts. In addition to "ISL8105", there are other relevant dc to dc converter ics you can find. An input voltage of 1V is the minimum required for the dc dc voltage regulator.
