ISL8105IRZ-T Overview


With its 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller fits the needs of most applications. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). Voltages 6.5V~14.4V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~85°C TA rating. It can switch at 300kHz. dc dc regulator can be generalized using Surface Mount. In order to control switching efficiently, the dcdc regulator features Current Limit, Enable. An analog IC with the SWITCHING CONTROLLER signal is connected to the switch converters. The switching converters's terminals (s) are designed at DUAL. Different dc switching's functions can be applied to 10 terminations. PULSE WIDTH MODULATION is an example of one of the control techniques these dc dc converter ics adapt. 5V nominal DC switcher's voltage input.
