ISL8115FRTZ-T Overview


With a 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. Tape & Reel (TR) is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). dc control's supply and operating voltages are 2.97V~36V. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~125°C TJ rating. A switching controller such as this can switch at a value of 150kHz~1.5MHz . The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Phase Control, Power Good, Ramp, Soft Start which allows efficient switching control. Connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC, the switch converters are connected to a power supply. Switching converters are designed with the terminal (s) at position QUAD . A variety of dc switching's functions can be performed on 24 terminations. These dc dc converter ics adapt a variety of control techniques, including PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. The DC switcher's nominal voltage is 5.15V. The dc dc regulator's usual output current is 30A, which should be noted down when you start a project. Switching controllers work at 1.5MHz Hz. DC to DC voltage regulator has a value of OUTPUT VOLTAGE UPTO 5.5 V to better satisfy the need. 36V is the nominal working voltage.
