ISL8117FRZ Overview


As a result of 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 1 input. Tube is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. dc control's supply and operating voltages are 4.5V~60V. Qualified to work in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 100kHz~2MHz. dc dc regulators can be carried out with Surface Mount. DCDC regulator is controlled efficiently by Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Phase Control, Power Good, Soft Start, Tracking. The switch converters are connected to an analog IC with a SWITCHING CONTROLLER output. switching converters terminal (s) are designed to be at QUAD. A variety of terminations with 16 of dc switching. Some of the control techniques adapted by these dc dc converter ics include PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. It is inputted with a DC switcher's voltage of 5.1V. It is recommended that the input voltage of the dc dc voltage regulator be 4.85V.
