ISL8117FRZ-T Overview

It comes in a 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tape & Reel (TR) rating. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. dc controls with 4.5V~60V voltage are supplied and operated. Suitable for a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 100kHz~2MHz. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount. The dcdc regulator features Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Phase Control, Power Good, Soft Start, Tracking for efficient switching control. Thare switch converters are connected to an analog integrated circuit (IC) of type SWITCHING CONTROLLER. Thare switching converters has a terminal (s) at QUAD . A variety of dc switching's functions can be performed on 16 terminations. This dc dc converter ic uses a variety of control techniques, including PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. 5V nominal DC switcher's voltage input. 4.5V should be the minimum input voltage for the dc dc voltage regulator. The dc to dc regulator is limited to 5.5V input voltage. To better satisfy the need, DC to DC voltage regulator has a value of 0..6V TO 54V OUTPUT RANGE.
