ISL8117FVEZ-T7A Overview

As a result of 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. For outputs of 1, this dc motor controller is suitable. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tape & Reel (TR) rating. The program can handle Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). This dc control has a supply voltage and operating voltage of 4.5V~60V. Suitable for a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. It can switch at 100kHz~2MHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. In order to control switching efficiently, the dcdc regulator features Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Phase Control, Power Good, Soft Start, Tracking. An analog IC with the SWITCHING CONTROLLER signal is connected to the switch converters. There are a DUAL terminal on the switching converters. A variety of 16 terminations are available in dc switching. It includes PULSE WIDTH MODULATION as one of the control techniques dc dc converter ic adapts. There is a DC switcher's nominal voltage of 5V. Input voltage of dc dc voltage regulator must be 4.5V. Test statistics indicate DC regulator outputs 54V voltage. This dc to dc regulator accepts only 5.5V input voltage at most. Switching controller operates at a frequency of 2MHz. DC to DC voltage regulator has the value of 0..6V TO 54V OUTPUT RANGE to better satisfy the requirement.
