ISL8120CRZ Overview


It comes in the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, which makes switching controller suitable for most applications. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 2 numbers. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tube. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. A 3V~5.6V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with 0°C~70°C TA. With this switching controller, you can switch at 150kHz~1.5MHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Current Limit, Enable, Power Good which allows efficient switching control. An analog IC with the DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER signal is connected to the switch converters. There are a QUAD terminal on the switching converters. Various 32 terminations. These dc dc converter ics adapt several control methods, including PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. DC switcher's input voltageis set to 3.3V.
