ISL8121IRZ-T Overview


It comes in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, which makes switching controller suitable for most applications. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 2 input. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tape & Reel (TR) rating. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). A 4.9V~5.5V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. A -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher is not a problem. The switching controller can be switched at 150kHz~2MHz. dc dc regulators can be carried out with Surface Mount. In order to control switching efficiently, the dcdc regulator features Current Limit, Enable, Soft Start, Tracking. SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC connects the switch converters.
