ISL8130IAZ-TK Overview

Capsuled in the 20-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. For outputs of 1, this dc motor controller is suitable. Packaging for the pmic consists of Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosures. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 4.5V~5.5V. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~85°C TA. It can switch at 100kHz~1.4MHz. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator. The switch converters are connected to an analog IC with a SWITCHING CONTROLLER output. Thare switching converters has a terminal (s) at DUAL . 20 terminations with various dc switching's functions. These dc dc converter ics adapt a variety of control techniques, including PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. DC switcher's input voltageis 12V volts. ISL8130 can be used to locate other relevant dc to dc converter ics. dc dc voltage regulators should have a minimum input voltage of 5.5V. Considering the dc to dc regulator can only accept 28V input voltage, it is important to take note of this.
