ISL8130IRZ-TK Overview

Capsuled in the 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller suits most application needs. dc motor controller is suitable for 1 output generation. A solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) surrounds pmic. The program can handle Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). 4.5V~5.5V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. A -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher is not a problem. In this switching controller, the switch can be set to 100kHz~1.4MHz. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. DCDC regulator is controlled efficiently by Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good. Thare switch converters are connected to an analog integrated circuit (IC) of type SWITCHING CONTROLLER. Thare switching converters has a terminal (s) at QUAD . A variety of terminations with 20 of dc switching. It includes PULSE WIDTH MODULATION as one of the control techniques dc dc converter ic adapts. It is inputted with a DC switcher's voltage of 12V. ISL8130 can be searched for other relevant dc to dc converter ics. It is recommended that the input voltage of the dc dc voltage regulator be 5.5V. The dc to dc regulator can only accept a maximum input voltage of 28V.
