ISL81401AFRZ-T7A Overview


With its 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller fits the needs of most applications. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tape & Reel (TR) enclosure. PWM Signal dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. dc controls with 4.5V~40V voltage are supplied and operated. Workable in an dc switcher where -40°C~125°C TA is the -40°C~125°C TArm. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 90kHz~650kHz. A generalization of dc dc regulator can be made using Surface Mount. To ensure efficient switching, this dcdc regulator features a Current Limit, Enable, Power Good. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC is connected to the switch converters. Switching converters are designed with the terminal (s) at position QUAD . The 32 terminations can be used for a wide range of dc switching. A few of the control techniques these dc dc converter ics adapt include PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. DC switcher's voltage input is 8V. dc dc voltage regulators should have a minimum input voltage of 4.5V. It should be fully noted that the dc to dc regulator only accepts 40V input voltage at most. The value of DC to DC voltage regulator is set to OUTPUT VOLTAGE= 0.8V TO 40V in order to better satisfy the requirement.
