ISL81601FRZ Overview


Capsuled in the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller suits most application needs. dc motor controller is suitable for 1 output generation. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Bulk rating. There are PWM Signal dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. 4.5V~60V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~125°C TA. The switching controller can be switched at 90kHz~650kHz. dc dc regulator is made easier with Surface Mount. Current Limit, Enable, Power Good provides dcdc regulator efficient switching control. An analog IC SWITCHING CONTROLLER is connected to the switch converters. Thare switching converters has a terminal (s) at QUAD . A variety of 32 terminations are available in dc switching. Some of the control techniques adapted by these dc dc converter ics include PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. The DC switcher's nominal voltage is 8V. 4.5V should be the minimum input voltage for the dc dc voltage regulator. The dc to dc regulator is limited to 60V input voltage.
