ISL84467IRTZ Overview


A high level of reliability can be achieved through the use of an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel. In total, there have been 16 terminations. This electronic part offers high-quality output due to its 1 channels. It is safe to turn on and run the electronic component with a 1.8V voltage supply. It has an internal resistance of 400mOhm. Datasheets for 16 pin functions are available upon request. Theswitch device is a typical Multiplexer or Switches. Multiplexers should not be powered above 4.5V in normal situations. Analogue multiplexers of the Single supply type that are cost-effective. 1.65V is the lowest voltage that should be fed to the electronic electronic part. 150nA current would be enough for this multiplexer to operate. When the digital multiplexer is charged above 150nA, damage can occur. It is possible to transfer data over a 104MHz-bandwidth. An environment with a temperature greater than 85°C should not be used to operate the digital switches.
